About Baker Appliance Parts

When Baker Appliance Parts first opened in February of 1986, we only had one customer the whole day. You can bet that this customer received the best service possible! Today, we are still trying to treat every customer like our only customer.

Baker Appliance Parts is a home owned and operated business built upon the rock! Jeff and Teresa Baker are Alabama natives and have been living in the Sand Mountain area for over 11 years. They have two children: Page Baker (a beautiful 17 year old daughter) and Luke Baker (an fast-growing 7 year old boy).

Shipping Policy

UPS is our primary shipper. Ground shipping is a flat $6.00 per shipment. Two Day Air is available for $12.95. Next Day Air is available for $29.95. For any other questions about shipping, please email Jeff or call.

Return Policy

All parts come with the manufacturers original warranty. Please contact us to make arrangements for your warranty situation. Also, if we accidentally ship you the wrong part, call us and we'll correct the situation as fast as possible. If you order a part that we normally stock (not a special order item) and change your mind about installing it (meaning it is never put on) simply send it back with the receipt and we'll refund the price of the part. We can not give refunds on installed electrical parts or special order items.

Pricing In Our Database

Our database of orderable parts includes over 500,000 individual part numbers. Couple this with the fact that manufacturers often change part numbers/prices/availability and you will understand why occasionally the price or availability of a part listed in our database is wrong. If the price is low but it is still possible for us to honor it, we will. There are a few special cases, however, where we have to contact customers to confirm pricing. We do not change orders without contacting the customer.
